CalNorth Suspends Soccer through May 31

UPDATED: May 12, 2020

The Cal North Board extended its suspension of soccer activities and sanctioned events due to COVID-19 through and including Sunday, May 31st. The ceasing of all activities includes all games, practices, training, clinics, and any other activities that would cause players, families, officials, and/or staff to gather in close proximity. If any Cal North member club/team conducts practice or outdoor training during the suspension period, that member club/team’s activity is not insured under the liability insurance policy as it is not a sanctioned Cal North activity. All Cal North leagues, clubs, and teams are reminded to follow local county and state mandates on shelter-in-place orders and social distancing.

We continue to closely monitor information from Governor Newsom, State, and local county health officials, and the CDC regarding the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), and we will update our leagues and clubs as more details become available. Thank you, our Cal North family, for your ongoing support. The safety and security of our soccer community is, and always will be, our highest priority.
