-SV/SLV Soccer Club Player Scholarships-
The SV/SLV Soccer Club (the Club) provides a limited number of scholarships to individuals in need of assistance. In order to be considered for scholarship assistance, please note the following:
Application Deadline is June 1, 2009
The application deadline to be considered for scholarship assistance is June 1, 2008. Applications should be mailed with the player registration / membership form.
Demonstrated Financial Need
Scholarships are awarded based upon demonstrated need. Applicants must complete an application and be prepared to show further evidence of need (see application) should the Board require it.
Scholarships Awarded On First Come First Serve Basis
Scholarships awarded by the Club are awarded on a first come - first serve basis.
