Who shall act as the parliamentarian at meetings, providing guidance on rules and procedures; keep an accurate record of meetings of the Board and members, handle all correspondence and maintain communication with Board members, coordinate the annual all-general meeting, and other duties as directed by the Board.
Who shall oversee Club Bookkeeper and accountant and all others in order to maintain all accounts, receive income and bills, prepare payments, and maintain all financial, tax and non-profit association records and reports, and direct and coordinate preparation of an annual budget.
Who shall direct and oversee work of Competitive Teams Coordinator and Recreation Teams Coordinator; develop and communicate Club’s technical curriculum; coordinate coach clinics, initiate activities and programs designed to improve soccer quality within the Club membership; ensure that all coaches have completed their required background checks, and other duties as assigned by the Board.

A USSF certified Referee Assignor who shall organize referee schedules, hold referee meetings, conduct clinics, and supervise the conduct and payment of referees and maintain their records. This position is a non-voting member of the Board, and may be a paid position upon Board approval.

Who shall coordinate Club activities such as picture day, the pre-season Rec Jamboree, the All-Stars games, and other duties as assigned.
Who shall coordinate the procurement and distribution of all team uniforms and balls, and maintain an appropriate equipment inventory. This position can be broken into two positions at the discretion of the Board, one serving Scotts Valley, the other serving San Lorenzo Valley.
Who shall arrange all appropriate publicity for the activities of the Club, such as Recreational Team registration, Competitive Team tryouts, skills clinics, camps, Club attendance at professional soccer matches, etc.; manage any Club-related social media accounts; oversee the sales of spirit wear, stickers, or other tools intended to promote a positive image for the Club within the community.
Who shall be responsible for the technical aspects of managing the Club’s website, including configuration and content; work closely with the Publicity Coordinator to post information for Club events, maintain the Club calendar, game schedules, rain-out notifications, etc. as agreed upon by the board.
