Our Club pays $32 for the shortest games (40 minutes), and you can earn up to $86 per match for the older teams.
Adults and teens 13 and older are eligible.
Training requirements are a self-paced, online course, followed by a mandatory field session.
To become a referee, the first level of certification is called Grassroots. Once you become a Grassroots referee, you can officiate competitive, small-sided or recreational youth and amateur adult matches.
All Grassroots candidate referees must complete four (4) assignments in the US Soccer Digital Learning Center, attend an in-person field session and, (if over the age of 18), complete an background check.
