Manage the acquisition and development of fields for the Club usage, liaison with the San Lorenzo Valley School District, the County of Santa Cruz, and the City of Scotts Valley to manage Memorandums of Understanding, coordinate contracts and payments for said fields with the Director of Finance & Procurement, obtain Certificates of Insurance for each entity, coordinate with school districts and other organizations for provision of long-term field maintenance.
