DEVELOPMENT

Professional Training

Throughout the year, Scotts Valley/San Lorenzo Valley Soccer Club works with our partner organizations to offer professional training to all of our players. Our goal is to create a fun, positive learning environment and emphasize the core techniques needed for your child’s future success in the game. 


Coaches will be focused on providing the foundation for individual soccer skills, such as dribbling, 1v1 moves, passing, shooting, and more!

2023 SKILLS CLINICS

Our Club is pleased to announce we are hosting four soccer skills clinics in September and October.   


The first two clinics (9/20 and 9/27) will be taught by Coach Terryl Brennan.  The October clinics (10/4 and 10/11) will be taught by Coach Hillel Rom.


Sign-ups are required and attendance will be limited to 25 participants.  Ages 8 and up, and all genders welcome, as long as the kids are serious about working on their soccer skills.  


Please do not register kids that don't want to be there. Their current skill level irrelevant--we want kids who want to participate, focus, and work hard.  There will be no scrimmaging. The focus will be on skills only.

This is for any registered player in our Club, U8 or above, who would like addition work on their skills.  There is no separation of genders or ages.

Wednesdays October 4th and October 11th, 4:00-5:00 pm

Skypark Field 5 (closest to homes) 


October sessions will be coached by Hillel Rom, a skills specialist.  He will focus particularly on passing skills for these two sessions.

Skills Clinic Registration & Payments

The Scotts Valley/San Lorenzo Valley Soccer Club will NOT grant refunds for skills clinics. Please make sure to select the correct date,  include the registering player's full name, and emergency contact information when purchasing.
